PetConnectAI

AI avatars and brand suggestions for pet supply stores to connect all pets and their owners.
Although the pet market continues to expand year after year, there are still few services and brands outside of dogs and cats. In light of this situation, we proposed a pet supply store that would carry supplies targeting a wide variety of pets and provide a place to address the concerns of pet owners. Three AI-equipped animal avatars act as store clerks in the store, responding to different needs, such as “for children,” “for pet experts,” and “for people unfamiliar with AI conversations. Each AI has its own unique appearance, personality, and behavior to dispel the impression of coldness and provide a warm, creature-like communication experience. Through this proposal, the company aims to support the diversifying pet culture and realize a society in which all pet owners and their pets can develop a deep bond and live happily together.
