Nambu Ironware – What is passed on from one generation to the next

Posters for Traditions
This poster group consists of a group of 36 posters and three selected B1 size posters. The group of posters produced has two themes. The first theme is “Hand, Iron, and Flame,” which represents Nambu ironware being passed down from hand to hand and nurtured in daily life. The second theme is “Tsugaretsuyuu Mono” (“What will be handed down”), which represents the Nambu ironware that should be handed down from generation to generation as a tradition, with hot water and thoughts being passed on from generation to generation. I hope that these works will help to resolve the issues surrounding Nambu ironware and its role as a tradition.
